Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Profify App ("Profify", "the App", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. We built Profify with a privacy-first approach: the App is designed to work entirely on your device and does not require an account, login, or registration.

By downloading or using Profify App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Information We Collect

We want to be clear and direct: We do not collect personal data.

Profify App does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment details.

The App does not include third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or trackers, and it does not build an advertising profile of you.

Data Stored On Your Device

To make the App useful, some information is saved locally on your device only and never leaves it or reaches our servers (we do not operate servers that receive your data). This includes:

• A display name you optionally type into your in-app profile;
• Your in-app progress, such as experience points (XP), levels, quiz scores, completed training drills and unlocked achievements;
• Your in-app favorites (matches and players) and saved predictions;
• App preferences, such as music, sound-effect, haptics and motion settings.

This data is stored using the device's standard local storage and is removed when you delete the App.

In-App News Browser (Web Content)

Profify App includes an in-app browser that lets you open third-party football news and information websites (for example, public sports news portals). When you open such a website:

• You are interacting directly with that third party's website, which may set its own cookies and collect information according to its own privacy policy;
• Profify does not inject tracking into those pages and does not receive or retain the content you view;
• We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.

Sample Content

Match scores, league tables, player profiles, predictions, quizzes and statistics shown inside the App are illustrative sample content for entertainment and educational purposes. Predictions and tips are provided as free analysis only and do not constitute betting, gambling, or financial advice.

Audio & Media

The App may play background music and sound effects that are bundled with the App. Audio playback uses your device speakers only — it does not access your microphone, and no audio is recorded or transmitted. You can disable music and sound effects at any time in Settings.

Children's Privacy

Profify App is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal data at all, no special data-collection concerns arise for younger users. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party website opened in the in-app browser, please contact that website directly.

Data Security

Since Profify App does not transmit personal data off your device, the primary safeguard for your information is your device itself. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a passcode or biometric lock.

Your Rights & Choices

You remain in full control of the limited data stored locally:

• Edit or clear your profile name at any time within the App;
• Toggle audio, haptics and motion preferences in Settings;
• Delete all locally stored data instantly by uninstalling the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or for legal and regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected in an updated App release. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
